Richard M. Grasby has been practicing law in Arkansas for 24 years. Mr. Grasby attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock where he obtained his undergraduate degree in 1980. He then attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctorate in 1984. Mr. Grasby served as Majistrate in Little Rock Traffic Court from 1986-1996.
Mr. Grasby's primary area of practice is criminal, drugs, D.W.I., and traffic in state court. He has extensive trial experience, both jury and non jury, in matters involving criminal, drugs, and D.W.I.s.
